infra: workflow NFS setup — server + client via docker --privileged --pid=host 31a0a59840

feat(runner): NFS client automatique dans setup-runner.sh ... 91c0c6ffe2

- Variables NFS_SERVER / NFS_EXPORT
- install_nfs_client() : mount NFS, fstab, symlink NuGet + OWASP DC
- Appel auto dans install ET update
- Gain ~4min CI (NuGet restore quasi-instantané)
